At Lumo Peak, all sales are final. Because we offer a wide variety of products that change frequently, we maintain a strict no returns and no refunds policy for all orders.

No Returns

We do not accept returns for any reason, including:

  • Incorrect choice

  • Buyer error

  • Differences in expectation

  • Unwanted gifts

  • Any product that has been opened or unopened, used or unused

  • Any product category we sell (general items, accessories, home goods, personal items, electronics, etc.)


No Refunds

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed.
All purchases are final.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the issue.

In these specific cases, we may provide a replacement.
