Shipping Times

Shipping time estimates depend on your location and selected shipping method. Typical timeframes:

  • Domestic orders: 3–10 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days (if applicable)

These are estimates only; delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen events are outside our control.

Tracking

Most orders include tracking.
Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Address

Lumo Peak is not responsible for orders shipped to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Old addresses that were not updated during checkout

If the package is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been shipped, we are not liable for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivered but “not received” claims

Customers must contact the courier directly to investigate lost parcels.
